I. PROVIDER IDENTIFICATION
These Purchase Terms for the acquisition of products and services (hereinafter, the “Purchase Terms”) shall apply to the purchase and sale of products and services offered by IUNOK through the mobile application named “IUNOK,” the platform located at https://iunok.com/ (hereinafter, collectively, the “Digital Channels”), operated by IUNOK TECH, S.A.P.I. de C.V., and in its physical store, located at Puebla No. 277, Col. Roma Norte, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06700, Mexico City, Mexico (hereinafter, the “Company”), with Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC) number ITE230911LPA, and contact email contacto@iunok.com. The terms “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the Company. You (the “Buyer”), by purchasing products and services offered in the Company's physical store and Digital Channels, or by visiting them, agree to be bound by these Purchase Terms.
The Buyer may find information regarding the Company’s processing of their personal data in the Privacy Notice published by the Company, which is available at all times on the Digital Channels under the section titled “Privacy Notice,” as well as in printed form at the Company's physical store.
II. OBJECT OF THESE PURCHASE TERMS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF PRODUCTS
The object of these Purchase Terms is to inform the Company’s customers of their rights and obligations when acquiring any of the products and/or services offered by the Company, which are available on the Digital Channels and in the Company's physical store, with details provided in the subsequent section.
Furthermore, they aim for the Company, through access to and use of the Digital Channels, to offer and provide the Buyer with access to and use of various services and content, including but not limited to: (i) access to a search system and database of products in the Company’s catalog, as well as the services provided, through which information about them can be found; (ii) technical information of the product or service if available, as well as prices and notes; and (iii) any additional and/or specific services the Company may offer the Buyer through the Digital Channels.
To purchase products and services through the Digital Channels and in the Company's physical store, the Buyer declares and warrants that they are of legal age (i.e., at least 18 years old) and are authorized to accept these Purchase Terms in accordance with applicable legislation.
Please be advised that the Company does not provide, nor does it intend to provide, regulated medical services, nor does it offer or intend to offer regulated medical products within its product catalog. If you require any such services or products, you agree that you must consult and visit the medical professional of your choice, or visit any of the professionals with whom we have commercial agreements and whom we gladly make available to you. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for diagnoses performed by these professionals or for any other service you choose to contract with these independent third parties.
III. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES WE OFFER
The Company offers the public products featured in its physical store and Digital Channels, sourced both nationally and internationally. Imported products primarily originate from Germany.
The Buyer may find all available products in the Digital Channels and in the Company's physical store, which we provide to offer the best products in the eyewear and general optics industry. These products include both third-party brands and the Company’s own brand, divided into the following categories: (i) frames; and (ii) items complementary and related to eyewear (the “Products”). Additionally, we offer: (a) eye exams and their respective diagnoses performed by health professionals or optometrists who have an agreement with the Company; and (b) customization of frame dimensions according to the physical characteristics of each Buyer (the “Services”).
The brand of the Products is indicated in the corresponding offer published on the Digital Channels and in the Company’s physical store for each item.
The Products include instructions so the Buyer may understand the best use thereof to prevent malfunctions or damage; the applicable manual will be found within the Product packaging. Should any Product acquired through the Digital Channels and/or the physical store present malfunctions or manufacturing defects not resulting from misuse by the Buyers, the Buyer may visit the location indicated within the Product packaging to request repair, where applicable, based on its origin. Likewise, applicable warranties can be found within the packaging.
IV. REGISTRATION
The acquisition of Products and Services offered on the Digital Channels requires prior registration by the Buyer, which is free of charge. The Buyer must provide correct and complete information as requested in the registration form. This form consists of: (i) full name; (ii) age; (iii) gender; (iv) email; (v) telephone number; (vi) shipping address; and (vii) Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC).
The Buyer declares that all statements and information provided when creating an account or making a purchase on the Digital Channels and/or in the physical store are true, accurate, and complete. In this regard, the Buyer expressly agrees to update their account information to ensure it remains valid, correct, and accurate throughout the relationship with the Company. Failure by the Buyer to comply with the above will result in the Company deleting their account.
The Company reserves the right to accept or reject Buyer registration if the form is not completed correctly. Once registration is finalized, the Buyer may access the catalog and make purchases through the Digital Channels.
The Buyer must ensure the account is used exclusively by them. Specifically, the Buyer agrees to safeguard, maintain confidentiality, and not share their registration data with any third party; thus, accepting responsibility for all legal purposes for any use made thereof.
The Buyer authorizes the Company to integrate the data and information provided for account assignment, including the personal password and all purchase activities on the Digital Channels or other customer service channels, to be used solely and exclusively in relation to the Company’s activities.
If login information falls into the possession of an unauthorized third party, the Buyer must inform the Company so the account may be blocked or disabled for the Buyer’s protection.
The Buyer may request account deletion through the contact details on the Digital Channels or by sending an email to the address in Section I. This request may be made at any time, provided there is no pending delivery or payment. In such cases, the Company will close the account as soon as pending Products are delivered and paid for.
V. PRODUCT SELECTION
The Buyer may select Products and Services published on the Digital Channels and in the physical store, where respective information and characteristics can be found. Products may have limited quantities and/or may not be available at the time of purchase or in certain parts of the country. In such cases, the Buyer will be notified upon selection.
The Company states that availability information on the Digital Channels and in the store is based on the inventory at the end of the previous business day or the schedules of the personnel providing the Services. Availability is subject to change at any time. If a Product is unavailable on the date of request, restrictions or delivery delays may apply depending on the Product.
Product advertising on Digital Channels is illustrative, with the highest quality images possible; however, this does not guarantee the Buyer’s actual perception. In this regard, the Company does not guarantee that the color or size perceived by the Buyer matches the Product, as perception varies due to external factors. It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to verify, prior to ordering, that the Products are suitable for the intended application, installation, and use, and to verify the components included with the Product.
Right to Revoke Consent: Under applicable regulations, the Buyer has the right to revoke their consent for the purchase of Products and Services without liability or justification within five business days from the delivery of the Product(s) or acceptance of the Service(s). This is applicable provided the following conditions are met:
- For Products: (i) they must be non-customized generic Products and must not have been used; (ii) they must be kept in their original state (including packaging, manuals, and accessories); and (iii) purchase and payment must be verified. For customized or made-to-measure Products, this revocation does not apply.
- For Services: Consent may be revoked under the same terms provided (i) the service has not yet been performed; and (ii) purchase and payment are verified.
To proceed with revocation, the Buyer must contact the Company via the email in Section I. If the conditions are not met, revocation will not proceed.
Once (i) Products/Services are selected; (ii) Purchase Terms and Privacy Notice are accepted; and (iii) payment is made; the Company will process the order.
VI. SUGGESTIONS
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to review the information or suggestions published on Digital Channels or provided by the Company before implementing them, ensuring they meet specific needs. The Buyer shall be solely responsible for any damage caused by incorrect use or an erroneous selection of any published suggestion.
VII. SHIPPING
The Company offers different shipping types and delivery times depending on the Product and availability. Delivery is conditioned upon the Buyer paying the additional shipping cost, unless otherwise indicated.
Logistics partners include UPS, Redpack, FEDEX, Estafeta, 99 Minutos, and DHL.
Delivery times are averages; the Company is not responsible for delays due to external causes, including acts of God or force majeure. In case of unexpected delays, the Company will make its best efforts to deliver as soon as the cause of the delay concludes. Shipping will only proceed once payment is confirmed.
VIII. PRICES, PAYMENT TERMS, AND INVOICING
All prices are in Mexican Pesos (MXN), including 16% Value Added Tax (VAT). The Company reserves the right to modify prices without notice; current prices at the time of purchase will always be shown.
Payment must be made in advance upon ordering. Methods include: (i) debit/credit cards; (ii) cash at designated establishments; and (iii) bank transfer.
The Company will issue a transaction receipt via email. Additionally, a digital tax receipt (CFDI) will be sent. Any corrections to a CFDI must be requested within the same calendar month of issuance via the email in Section I.
IX. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
Because our Products are customized, the Buyer is only entitled to an exchange or refund—upon returning the Product—if the Product does not match the requested quality, brand, or specifications. Where applicable by law, the Buyer may also be entitled to compensation.
The deadline is 5 (five) business days from receipt.
- A. Online Purchases: (i) Notify via email within 5 business days; (ii) use original packaging and the provided prepaid label; (iii) return in original condition with accessories/gifts. Return shipping costs are covered by the Company. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
- B. In-Store Purchases: (i) Visit the store within 5 business days; (ii) use original packaging; (iii) return in original condition with accessories/gifts. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
X. WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Products and Services feature the following warranties:
- Manufacturing Defects: One-year warranty from delivery for frame defects (e.g., loose hinges, breakage not caused by negligence). IUNOK will repair or replace at its discretion.
- Comfort Warranty: 30 calendar days to return if you do not like the fit. Option for full refund or new Product. Applicable once per Buyer.
- Adaptation Warranty: 60 calendar days to adapt to the prescription from our associated optometrists. If unsuccessful, we offer a free re-exam and lens replacement. (Does not apply to external prescriptions).
- Prescription Error: 60 calendar days for free replacement if an error is verified in the prescription provided by our partners or store.
- Anti-Scratch Warranty: 90 calendar days if lenses scratch under normal use and care.
Exclusions: Warranties are void if: (i) no receipt/ID is presented; (ii) care instructions were ignored; (iii) lenses/frames have scratches (outside the specific 90-day anti-scratch terms); (iv) the product was altered by unauthorized persons; (v) there is evidence of negligence; (vi) the term has expired; (vii) products were seasonal clearance/discounted.
XI. CLAIMS AND CLARIFICATIONS
Send an email to Section I with: (i) full name; (ii) clear transaction receipt; (iii) detailed description of the issue and desired resolution. In-store claims follow regular business hours. Resolution will not exceed 15 business days per the Federal Consumer Protection Law.
XII. PROMOTIONS AND COUPONS
Buyers may optionally accept marketing emails. Requirements for specific promotions must be met within the validity period.
XIII. SUBSCRIPTION
Buyers may opt out of marketing emails by sending a request from their registered email to the address in Section I.
XIV. ACCESS AND NAVIGATION
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Digital Channels. We are not liable for errors, malware, or hardware damage resulting from access. We reserve the right to suspend operations at any time without liability.
XV. PROHIBITED USES
Prohibited acts include: (a) illegal purposes; (b) violating laws; (c) infringing intellectual property; (d) harassment or discrimination; (e) sending false information; (f) transmitting viruses; (g) spam/phishing/scraping; (h) interfering with security. Violations result in immediate termination of use.

XVII. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
We use cookies to improve efficiency. We comply with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Review the Privacy Notice for full details.
XVIII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Company owns all intellectual property for Digital Channels (source code, images, logos, designs). Reproduction or distribution without authorization is prohibited.
XIX. SECURITY
Digital Channels use industry-standard security mechanisms to protect your information.
XX. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes will be resolved via the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO). If unresolved, the courts of Mexico City shall have jurisdiction. Both parties waive any other jurisdiction.
XXI. CHANGES TO TERMS
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modified versions will be published on Digital Channels and in the store.
XXII. COMMUNICATION MECHANISM
Notifications will be sent to your registered email. Questions can be directed to the email in Section I.
XXIII. BUYER CONSENT
By clicking “Complete Order” or paying in-store, the Buyer expressly agrees to enter into a binding purchase agreement under these terms. No further formalities are required.
