What does the iunok warranty cover?
The iunok warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects present from the time of production, provided there are no signs of misuse or post-purchase tampering.
The warranty applies in the following cases:
- Structural frame defects resulting from the manufacturing process, such as micro-cracks, unusual brittleness, or original warping.
- 3D printing imperfections in the Nylon 12 frame, including poor layer fusion or visible irregularities outside acceptable aesthetic standards.
- Factory alignment issues, such as uneven temples or frame twisting detected upon receiving the product.
- Finish defects, including color inconsistencies, stains, or visible marks that do not match the original design.
- Assembly failures, such as misplaced screws, faulty hinges, or temples that do not function correctly from the first use.
- Original lens defects, such as visible scratches, optical distortion, or errors in the lens type or color delivered.
All warranty claims will be evaluated by the iunok team to confirm the defect is a manufacturing issue and not the result of wear and tear or conditions of use.
