What does the iunok warranty cover?

The iunok warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects present from the product's origin, provided there are no signs of misuse or subsequent tampering.

The warranty applies in the following cases:

  • Structural frame defects resulting from the manufacturing process, such as micro-cracks, abnormal brittleness, or original warping.
  • 3D printing imperfections in the Nylon 12 frame, including poor layer fusion or visible irregularities outside acceptable aesthetic standards.
  • Factory alignment issues, such as uneven temples or frame twisting detected upon receiving the product.
  • Finish defects, including color inconsistencies, stains, or visible marks that do not match the original design.
  • Assembly failures, such as misplaced screws, faulty hinges, or temples that do not function correctly from the first use.
  • Original lens defects, such as visible scratches, optical distortion, or errors in the lens type or color delivered.

Any warranty claim will be evaluated by the iunok team to confirm the defect is a manufacturing issue and not the result of later use or wear and tear.

 

Return Policy

Since our Products are customized, the Buyer is only entitled to an exchange or a refund—upon returning the purchased Product—in cases where the Product does not match the quality, brand, or specifications requested. Where applicable by law, the Buyer may also be entitled to compensation.

To process an exchange or return, the request must be made within 5 (five) business days of receiving the Products. Returns will only be accepted if the following requirements are met:

A. If purchased through Digital Channels:

  1. Notification: You must notify the email address listed in Section I (“Provider Identification”) regarding the exchange or return before the 5-business-day period expires.
  2. Shipping: The Product must be returned using the same packaging used for the original delivery. You must use the prepaid shipping label that we will provide at the time of your request.
  3. Condition: The Product must be sent in the same condition it was delivered, including any accessories or gifts that were included.

Return shipping costs are covered by us. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

B. If purchased at our physical store:

  1. Visit Us: You must visit the store within 5 (five) business days of receiving the Product.
  2. Packaging: The Product must be returned with the original packaging used at the time of sale.
  3. Condition: The Product must be in the same condition it was delivered, including any accessories or gifts that were included.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
