1. Clean your lenses with proper technique

You should never dry clean lenses. Try to use a cleaning solution and gently rub both sides of the lens with the microfibre cloth provided.

In case you use makeup, we can clean it with a solution or water, and with a disposable tissue.

2. Putting on and taking off your glasses correctly

Always hold your glasses by the frames with both hands and hold both temples at the same time without forcing them. This will help prevent your glasses from becoming loose and falling out.

3. Always keep them in their case

Always try to store them in their case or if you don't have one, avoid placing them with the lenses facing down as they can get scratched by rubbing any surface.

4. Avoid prolonged exposure of lenses to high temperatures or heat sources

This is because they can become deformed or affect the treatments of your lenses.

5. Avoid touching the lenses with your fingers

They can become stained or dirty and will be more difficult to clean.

6. Avoid at all costs abrasive substances such as alcohol, acetone, etc. to clean your lenses

Once you have purchased your IUNOK lenses, you will need to schedule an appointment at our flagship store to have your facial scan and eye exam done in order to produce your custom-made lenses. They will be sent to you within 3 to 4 weeks to your home or to the flagship store.

Select the model and color of your preference, add them to your cart and check out. Then, schedule an appointment at our flagship store located in the Roma neighborhood in Mexico City to have your facial scan and eye exam done. Lastly, the glasses will be created in Germany with a sustainable production process that involves 3D printing technology, and we will send them to your home or to the store itself.
